FIT FOR LIFE vol.3 Event Report
February 22, 2026 RUN SESSION
On February 22, 2026, we held "FIT FOR LIFE vol.3."
This time, we welcomed fitness trainer Risako Tanabe as our guest and conducted a run session of approximately 5km along the Shonan coast.

On the day, participants ran at their own pace for about an hour.
The theme was not about speed or records, but rather focusing on one's breathing and physical condition while running.

After the run, there was time for participants to interact and cool down, making for a fulfilling session.

FIT FOR LIFE will continue to provide opportunities to improve daily conditioning through running and community.
