2026.2.22 FIT FOR LIFE Beach Cleanup Held
We conducted a beach cleanup with participants in the crisp morning air.
The ocean provides us with a place to breathe.
It calms our minds, strengthens our bodies, and reminds us of what's truly important.
It was a moment to give back to the ocean, which daily gives us time and scenery,
with a small action we could take.
Today, we gave back a little.
Small actions eventually lead to tangible change.
