Fit For Life, a wellness event to comfortably adjust your body through "moving, listening, and eating," will be held on Sunday, December 14th!
This second installment will also be a day to enjoy beach running, HIIT the Beat, and the very popular salad buffet.
In addition, a special deli supervised by culinary researcher Aki Mizuno will make its debut this time!
You can enjoy original menus exclusive to the event.
As usual, DJ MARIE will create a comfortable atmosphere with two stages in the morning and afternoon.
First-time participants will receive an AWAKE original T-shirt as a gift!
Benefits are also available for those participating for the second time or more.
